My First Entry....Now taking comments

Aloha, Bon Jour, ia orana, Hola!, howzit, Konichiwa!

This is my first posting so please bare with me as I learn my way. I have been meaning to start a post for sometime now and finally got around to it. Friends of mine encouraged me to start blogging but I hesitate as I am not the writer I wish I could be. Not sure as to the format I should follow or create.

All the images you see on my blog are taken by me. The language at the top is Tahitian. It is my favorite language followed by Hawaiian. I am by no means fluent in either but both are the most harmonic and rhythmic of any language I've heard. You should listen to their music!

I have been lucky to experience island life to its fullest. I have met and made many friends over the years while living in these islands. Some amazing individuals have crossed my path and some true characters have remained in my path! Island life is magical to say the least. Each island has its own individual personality that embraces all that visit. By far the most beautiful place on Earth is the island of Moorea, located in French Polynesia, Tahiti. All i can say is, if you have the opportunity to visit Tahiti and her islands, do so and stay as long as you can!

Besides all my island life, I will focus on posting interesting stories about my travels and happenings. You will see a lot of fabulous images from the islands and some of my friends that I've met along the way. I could write a book about my journey from Ohio to Hawaii and perhaps someday I will but until then this will be a cliff note of the story to tell.
