I know what you are thinking; What is Dolphin Boy doing writing about German Beer? Well, it's not what you think. It's Hawaii Ironman time in Kona town and I went out for a bike ride today. My first in about 3.5 weeks! And NO I didn't have German beer in my bottle holders! I was able to draft off some German athletes from Cemetery to Scenic Point. They kept looking back at me, I'm sure they were talking about me suckin wheel the whole way but it was easy ride out with slight tailwind. Plus I'm outta shape and needed to cruise a little! I hung on the whole time and wasn't even winded! We avg about 23.3mph on the short ride out. I turned around at Scenic Point but the German Train kept going North! Thanks Guys.....much appreciated....Aloha Spirit!! (note to self, suck German female wheel next time!! dah!)
Not much else to report on. I will be volunteering at the Ironman Race Office located at King Kam Hotel all week starting Monday 730-1230 daily. Stop by and see me! I still answer to Dolphin Boy but you can call me Patrick too!!

If any of you watched the video I made earlier in the year for Bree, you may also like my latest video out soon. Most of it will be dedicated to anyone who attempts an Ironman race but mostly Hawaii. It should win an award!! hahaha!
Okay, count down is on. Kona is really buzzing with some of the worlds fittest athletes! (some hotties too!!)
