New part-time work

This week has been really busy at Four Seasons Resort. It's spring break time and the hotel jams. You wouldn't know we were suffering from a serious recession. These guests know how to spend money. The sad thing is Four Seasons Resort employment opportunities don't pay well. Come to think of it not too many resorts in Hawaii compensate their staff on "true" cost of living adjustment (COLA). There is a price to pay while living in paradise. You simply don't get paid well. Other day I saw a gallon of milk for $8.39. Are you kidding me? I don't drink milk anymore.

When I moved to Hawaii almost 15 years ago I vowed I would land a decent paying job where I didn't have to work a 2nd job. Well, the time has come, and I need to put food on my table and catch up on my rent. With this being said my buddy has a very nice home in Waikoloa Beach Resort area along A-Bay beach & coast. He was trying to sell it but has since changed his mind. Now he will be renting it out as a vacation rental. He resides in Laguna Nigel CA. We have worked out a deal where I can assist with some chores around the vacation rental and help out with any last minute items. The pay is great and I wish I could do it full-time. The house even has a seperate living quarters that could be converted to caretakers living area. That would be the absolute best if I could reside at the house and tend to its needs in exchange for rent free! Pipe dream I know!!

Here are some images of the house. If you or someone you know would be interested in renting the home please visit the website. I can't wait to start work at this house!!

Oh yeah, the house didn't sell for over $11million!

WHOA, I want that house! Ask him if Kainoa and I can live there, we will be the care takers (you know how good Kainoa and I are keeping things tidy!)

Congrats on scoring that job! AND you know you would rather live where milk cost 10 bucks than anywhere on the main land... but Almond Milk, its only 3 bucks at Kona Natural foods and tastes soooo good!

NIGHT!
what time do you work, cliff jumping takes only 5 seconds, wanna go after your swim?? Kainoa and I are all about it bout it!!

The house looks great, although I wonder if I'll be able to stretch fully on that bed! I don't like having wood rising up at the end of the bed unless it is at least 7 feet long.
Anyway, if you find it too expensive living in Hawaii, you could come and live over here instead!
